Weekly breakdown

Session 1
B1 — Entrepreneurship Before AI
  • Students go into their own communities — markets, schools, transport, salons, farms, shops — and document problems they actually observe and hear about, then use Claude to help classify and sharpen them.
  • You walk away with: African Problem Bank — a documented set of real observed problems, not an AI-generated idea list.
Session 2
B2 — Turn What You Already Know Into Money
  • Students inventory their own knowledge, skills, languages, industry experience and networks, then use Claude to match those assets against real customer problems.
  • You walk away with: Personal Economic Asset Map, plus a clear Skill → Problem → Customer → Offer → Price chain.
Session 3
B3 — The Low-Capital Business Lab
  • Students design a very-low-capital, moderate-capital and significant-capital version of the same idea and compare the risk of each.
  • You walk away with: A capital-tiered comparison showing the lowest-risk way to start.
Session 4
B4 — AI Opportunity Discovery
  • Students generate a wide set of opportunities across real sectors and score each one against the Nyande Opportunity Score — problem severity, frequency, ability to pay, competition, capital needed, margin, AI leverage and more.
  • You walk away with: One validated opportunity, filtered down from 50 → 10 → 3 → 1.
Session 5
B5 — Street-Level Market Research
  • Students run customer interviews, competitor visits, mystery shopping, price checks and online/social research; Claude helps structure the research and find patterns in what comes back.
  • You walk away with: Real Market Evidence File.
Session 6
B6 — The 10-Customer Validation Challenge
  • Students test the offer on at least ten real prospective customers and use Claude to analyse what was learned.
  • You walk away with: A documented Kill / Pivot / Continue decision. Discovering a bad idea early counts as a successful outcome.
Session 7
B7 — Build an Offer People Understand
  • Students build a 10-second, 30-second and 2-minute version of their pitch, then convert it into a WhatsApp message, a flyer, a landing page and a proposal.
  • You walk away with: A clear Offer Statement plus four ready-to-use sales assets.
Session 8
B8 — Pricing in Real African Markets
  • Students work through Claude-generated pricing stress tests: a supplier raises prices, a customer demands a discount, transport costs rise, some credit customers pay late.
  • You walk away with: A working Pricing Model that has been pressure-tested against real scenarios.
Session 9
B9 — Cash Flow for People Who Hate Accounting
  • Working from a real trading example, students build a daily sales sheet, expense log, cashbook, debtor list, creditor list and a simple profit-and-loss statement, using Claude only to analyse the figures — never to invent them.
  • You walk away with: A personal Cash Control Toolkit, and the understanding that business money is not automatically personal money.
Session 10
B10 — Mobile Money, Cash & Digital Records
  • Students build a routine for recording mobile-money sales, cash, bank transfers and reconciling them against each other.
  • You walk away with: A Daily Business Money Control System that can answer: what did I sell, what did I spend, who owes me, who do I owe, and how much cash should I have.
Session 11
B11 — WhatsApp as a Business System
  • Students build message templates for every stage of the customer journey: discovery, first message, catalogue, enquiry, order, payment, delivery, follow-up and referral.
  • You walk away with: A complete WhatsApp Sales Playbook.
Session 12
B12 — Selling When People Don't Trust You
  • Students build proof assets — testimonials, receipts, refund policy, transparent pricing, case studies — and run an honest audit: 'If I discovered my own company today, would I trust it enough to send money?'
  • You walk away with: A Trust & Credibility Kit.
Session 13
B13 — AI Sales School
  • Students rehearse cold outreach, objection handling, negotiation and closing against Claude playing difficult customer personas — the sceptical customer, the price-sensitive customer, the busy CEO — then take the same skills to real people.
  • You walk away with: A recorded practice log and a real outreach log. Students must sell to humans, not to Claude.
Session 14
B14 — Get Your First Customer
  • Students build a 100-prospect list, a daily outreach target, a follow-up schedule and a referral strategy, then execute it.
  • You walk away with: A first paying customer, or strong, clearly documented buying intent.
Session 15
B15 — Build Your Business Online with Lovable
  • Students build a mobile-first landing page with a WhatsApp contact journey, lead form, testimonials, FAQ and payment pathway.
  • You walk away with: A live, deployed business landing page.
Practical exercises
  • Capstone: From Zero to Market — Every graduate presents the full journey: problem identified, customer, research evidence, validated opportunity, offer, pricing, financial model, sales strategy, brand, landing page, WhatsApp sales system, money-control system, customer feedback, first sales attempt and a 90-day action plan.
