Five modules. One practical journey from AI-assisted work to controlled AI operations.
The programme progresses deliberately. Participants first learn how to work effectively with Claude, then move into repeatable workflows, AI-enhanced automation, human-approved agents and finally controlled autonomous operations.
The purpose is not simply to teach employees how to prompt an AI chatbot. The purpose is to help organisations understand where AI belongs in their work, how to use it effectively and how to introduce greater levels of automation without losing human judgement, accountability or control.

An organisation does not have to purchase all five modules. Module 1 is compulsory and every organisation begins there. After Module 1, the organisation may select any combination of Modules 2, 3, 4 and 5 according to its needs.
The minimum structured programme is Module 1 plus at least one additional module, for example 1 + 2, 1 + 3, 1 + 4, 1 + 5, 1 + 2 + 3, 1 + 3 + 5, or all five.

Give every participant the foundation required to work effectively, critically and professionally with Claude.
This module goes substantially beyond basic prompt writing. Participants learn how to frame work, provide context, interrogate outputs, use organisational knowledge and turn AI responses into professional deliverables.
Part 1: Understanding Claude as a Work Partner
- What Claude can and cannot do
- The difference between asking questions and delegating work
- How Claude processes instructions and context
- How to frame a business objective
- How to define role, task, context, constraints and expected output
- Moving from one-shot prompts to iterative working sessions
- When human judgement remains essential
Part 2: Professional Prompt Architecture
A reusable SaveCedi framework participants apply to real work:

- Context: what does Claude need to know?
- Evidence: what files, information or facts should Claude rely upon?

The full five-module programme must be delivered across at least two training days. A maximum of three modules may be scheduled in any single day.
Built Around Real Work
Participants work with realistic organisational tasks and are encouraged to apply the methods to actual workflows from their organisation. Training may involve documents, reports, research, analysis, communication, internal knowledge, repetitive workflows, automation opportunities, decision processes and agentic workflow design. The objective is for participants to leave with usable methods, not merely AI awareness.
