What if I do not know exactly what my business problem is?+
That is completely fine, and very common. A large part of the session is diagnosis. We work through your business, numbers, customers and operations to identify what is working, what is not, and where money, time or customers are leaking before recommending anything.
How long is the consultation?+
Every consultation is exactly one hour, booked as a single 60-minute private slot. There are no shorter or longer sessions.
Who is this consultation for?+
Business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, founders and organisations who want practical, honest guidance on growth, systems and how Artificial Intelligence can genuinely help their business.
Do I need technical or AI knowledge?+
No. You need to know your business. We translate AI, automation and business systems into plain language and practical next steps.

When is my booking confirmed?+
Only after your payment succeeds and is verified on our servers. Your slot is held for 10 minutes while you check out; if payment is not completed the slot is released automatically.
Do I get a reference for my booking?+
Yes. Once payment is verified you receive a unique consultation ticket number (for example CS000001), your confirmation page and a confirmation email.
Can two people book the same time slot?+
No. Availability is validated on our servers immediately before payment and again before final confirmation, so a confirmed slot can only ever belong to one client.
